LPD to Undergo Energy Audit

Lebanon's police station on Poverty Lane will receive the first energy audit of the year. A major component of the audit is to look at the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and to make recommendations for improvement or replacement. We will also be looking at the energy performance of the windows and walls, the possibility of a pellet or biomass heating system, solar, assessing moisture issues in the basement, and doing a feasibility study for an air conditioning system called Thermal Energy Storage (TES).
