On December 27, 2018, Lebanon Police Officers responded to an apartment on Seminary Hill Road for a report of two people who may have broken into a residence. Officers arrived and located Jesse Bartlett, age 28, and Elisabeth Stiles, age 37, both currently homeless. Officers determined that neither party had permission to be inside the residence and both parties were subsequently arrested. During arrest processing, Elizabeth was found to have Marijuana and Hash Oil in her possession
Stiles was charged with Criminal Trespass, a Class A Misdemeanor, Possession of Hash Oil, a Class B Misdemeanor, and possession of Marijuana, a Violation. Bartlett was charged with Criminal Trespass, a Class A Misdemeanor. A District Court Bail Commissioner was not available and both parties were subsequently released on a summons to appear in the Lebanon District Court on February 11, 2019.
