Lebanon City Hall Renovation Project

As part of the approved 2019 City Budget, City Council authorized the appropriation of 3.3 million dollars for renovations to City Hall. On August 21, 2019, the City Council reviewed bid results for replacement of the roof, reconfiguration of the former Recreation Office for use by the Lebanon Opera House and City IT staff, replacement of boilers, revamping and cleaning the HVAC system, and some exterior drainage work on the front east side of the building. Construction will be taking place between September 2019 and March/April 2020.

September 3, 2019

City Hall renovations begin with completion anticipated March 2020.

August 21, 2019

City Council meets to review bid results. SMP Architects and ReArch Company give a presentation to City Council regarding the scope of the work to be done including a breakdown of costs.

August 8, 2019

The request for bids closes.

July 17, 2019

A Request for Bids is posted by the Public Works Department.

June 19, 2019

City Council requests that a bid be posted for all roof work (including roofing materials, structural improvements, and insulation), and for the fitup of the former Recreation Department office for use by IT staff, as well as a new boiler for the building.

December 17, 2018

As part of the 2019 Approved Municipal Budget, City Council appropriates $3.3 million for renovations to City Hall.
