Inspiring, educating and motivating the region's gardeners. Whether for curb appeal, backyard, kitchen, indoor, rooftop or community gardens, this is where New England's green lovers go to discover new ideas while having fun with family and friends.

Date: Thursday, March 14th

Time: Leave Hartford Ice Hockey Rink Arena Parking Lot at 8:15 am, Return by 7 pm

Fee: $63 includes transportation and ticket

Register with Hartford Recreation by February 28, 2019. *Tip for bus driver not included.

Come Take a Break in the State Capital & Tour - Concord, NH

Let's go for a tour at the State House. Afterwards, we will head over to Olive Garden for lunch, and then take a scoot over to Granite State Candy Shoppe for treats on the way home.

I'd Like Some Cheese Pizza & Zorvino Wine in Sandown, NH

Zorvino Vineyards is a family owned and operated winery that originally started as a hobby. Jim and Cheryl Zanello purchased the 80 acre lot in Sandown, NH in 2000 after retiring. 4 years later, Zorvino Vineyards was established. The "Zor" in Zorvino comes from the original family name Zorzanello and "Vino" which means wine. Family and wine... the perfect pairing. Plus we will have lunch before at Bruchetti's Pizzeria.

Explore Wolfeboro, NH

Come on a day trip and enjoy an early lunch at the Wolftrap Grill and Raw Bar. A family owned restaurant on the Back Bay in Wolfeboro. After lunch, we will visit the Wright Museum of World War II in their 25th Year Anniversary.

Midfield Cafe - Take 2

Come enjoy the spring day and some breakfast/lunch at the Midfield Cafe. If we are lucky, we will see some planes take off and land at the Nashua Airport. Just bring money for your meal.

New London Barn Playhouse

The Marvelous Wonderettes - Who has big hair, big voices, and bigger personalities: the Marvelous Wonderettes! It's Prom Night 1958 at Springfield High. With voices as big as their bouffants, the Wonderettes wow with hits like "It's My Party," "Son of a Preacher Man," "You Don't Own Me," "RESPECT," and more! We will have an early lunch at Tuckers'.

Hildene: Lincoln Family Home

Robert Lincoln built Hildene as a summer home at the turn of the 20th century. He was the only child of Abraham and Mary Todd Lincoln to survive to maturity. Some forty years later, he returned to purchase 392 acres of land to build what he would call his ancestral home. At the time, Robert was president of the Pullman Company, the largest manufacturing corporation in the country. We will take a 45 minute guided tour, enjoy the home and grounds, have lunch at Seasons Restaurant, and vsiit Mother Myrick's Confectionery after lunch.

The Big E: NH Day

Group guests can stroll through the Avenue of States, Storrowton Village and the grounds filled with shopping, entertainment, midway rides and foods from around the world - all during New England's most colorful season!

Fee: $82 includes coach bus transportation and ticket

Time to Fly: Visit the NH Aviation Museum & IHOP

The Aviation Museum of New Hampshire is a historical museum operated by the New Hampshire Aviation Historical Society, a non-profit group that preserves the history of flight in the State of New Hampshire. Plus, we will have an early lunch at IHOP prior to our visit.

Hobo Railroad and Lunch

Enjoy a 15 mile ride through a woodsy setting along the winding Pemigewasset River, traveling in beautifully restored vintage coaches, and includes a hobo picnic lunch.
